Core Technological Evolution

Throughout the development of our tumbling machine series, the company has consistently upheld independent innovation and technological advancement:

Initial Stage: Starting from a simple small tumbling cylinder, we laid the foundation for understanding and practicing tumbling processes.

Technological Leap: Through continuous innovation, we gradually entered the era of Air Softening Machines. This technology utilizes high-speed airflow to drive the fabric, completing the softening process without applying

 mechanical tension. It significantly improves fabric hand feel, bulkiness, and drape, bringing a qualitative leap to textile finishing.

Scalability: Subsequently, we successfully developed the Nine-Box Tumbling Machine, which dramatically increased single-machine capacity and processing efficiency to meet the demands of large-scale production.

Current Achievements

Today, driven by ongoing technological progress, we have successfully developed the Continuous Tumbling Machine. Based on air-flow tumbling technology, this equipment enables continuous tumbling, drying, and softening

 of open-width fabrics in a single pass, marking the maturity and upgrading of tumbling technology. This meticulously engineered machine is specifically designed for the production of polar fleece, smooth fleece, and PV fleece

 fabrics. With its outstanding performance and reliable quality, it has quickly established a strong brand reputation in the industry.
